Whippet Mix for Adoption (Fuzzy Pawz Rescue)

Snickers is a two year old female Whippet mix (is our best guess, all we know for sure is she is darn cute!) Fuzzy Pawz took her in from a local shelter where she was not adjusting to life in a shelter all that well.
This sweet girl loves to be around her people and LOVES a good belly rub. She'll beg for more if you stop; she carves human affection and would great in most households. As sweet and affectionate as she is we feel she would do best in a home with kids 12+.
She does not play fetch or play with toys but she seems intrigued when watching other dogs play. Snickers probably didn't have exposure to other dogs and dog's toys in her formative year. Another playful active dog in her forever home would be amazing so she can continue to learn.
Snickers is 23 pounds with a medium energy level. She will lay around and likes to snuggle but she also likes to spend time outside. She is house trained and crate trained. She is quiet and gets along with other dogs. She does well on the leash, and is very good on car rides. She is content where ever she is.
Snickers is spayed, microchipped and current on her vaccines.
