QR Code Link to This Post Brigham and Women's Hospital's Division of Sleep Medicine is inviting women age 50-65 to participate in a research study. The study tests how different sleep schedules and light levels at work impact performance on day and night shifts. You must be healthy and a non-smoker to qualify, and first pass a series of screening tests.

Participants will spend 10 consecutive days in the study, and must follow a strict study schedule, including spending 8-9 hours in a private room at the hospital during the daytime or nighttime on most days, followed by 2 entire days in a row. Some participants will also be required to sleep for 8 hours each afternoon at home on several study days.
