Hi! I am Kayla MacArthur, an IAWP Certified Wellness Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and I work with professional women who are fed up with worrying about what they look like. I help them lose weight and feel confident in a fit body that they love. I developed my Fit Body Blueprint system, which is a step-by-step system designed to help women lose weight and get fit (and keep the weight off for GOOD), from my own struggles with poor body image and an unhealthy relationship with food. For most of my life, I hated my body. I would attempt to feel better about my body by restricting foods and over-exercising, only to FAIL and feel miserable about it. I would lose the battle of "self-control" and use food as a means to cope with the many stressful situations in my life. Now that I have liberated myself from both body image and food related anxiety and have achieved the fit body of my dreams, I am now striving to help other women do the same. I work with women via online personal training and Skype or telephone wellness coaching.
