Does the idea of putting your instructional design knowledge to use for your faith make you excited? Would you like to gain experience and develop online training an seminars for intercessors across the globe. PSI seeks both experienced instructional designers and instructional design students to work with SME experts who are pastors and intercessors. Activities will include: 1) Determine appropriate instructional design methodology and provide guidance on the best tool(s) to facilitate learning. 2) Suggest effective, efficient, and economical instructional tools, techniques, and media 3) Develop instructional resources for online facilitators and mentors to use 4) Evaluate and ensure the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of all material 5) Design and develop training by conducting related research and collaborating with SMEs

This volunteer roles provides an opportunity to:

� Develop training for intercessors across the globe
� Build your portfolio of work and establish employment reference
� Do so with flexible scheduling
� Participate in an authentic movement of the Holy Spirit to bring back supernatural power in prayer, prophetic intercession and strategic prayer for the end-time harvest
� Influence the growth of men and women in the body of Christ who have a desire for real prayer
� Support the ministry of the Archbishop N. Duncan-Williams, who carries a supernatural prayer mantle and has over 30 years of experience praying for nations, presidents and other governmental leaders
