I want to buy an inexpensive shock collar for my 6 month old, 60 lb. mixed breed dog. He is chasing cats and squirrels and getting dangerously close to the road. I think just a couple of times using the collar is all it would take to stop him from doing this because he is very smart and listens to commands except for this behavior. That's why I don't want to buy a brand new, expensive one.
