Wife and I would like to by a mobile and small peace of land outside of Casper, not sure of the out lying little towns names but would entertain most places close to Casper. The mobile we would like to be in good condition but if it needed a little work that would be ok, must be 2 bedroom or more and any work must be just reasonable, we don't have a lot to spend on repairs. Payments must be affordable as we are not rich. We are both retired, I am 69 and my wife is 60 we are both on Social Security so our moniey means something to us but we have no problem making payments if they are reasonable, our incomes are steady in the bank evey month.
