QR Code Link to This Post A true WWII USMC Kabar fighting knife. Does not have paper work, but does have original leather sheath and is constructed with techniques that date it to the 40's. Carried by Capt Tait. I've looked for info on him, but never found any. However, I am confident in both the practicality of this knife as well as it's historical value. The blade is slightly cosmetically tarnished, nothing that can't be polished off. The leather grip is original and shows normal wear for a 70+ year old knife. A great collectors knife or hunting!
