I use PayPal for payment. PayPal will send you a bill for $150 as down payment.
When this is received I will add your name to a guest confirmation and forward it to you.
PayPal will then send you a bill for the remaining amount.

NO refunds on reservations that are cancelled less than 20 days prior to check in.
The down payment is not refundable

Wyndham requires that the person checking in, named on the Guest Confirmation, is at least 21 years old with a picture ID and major credit card for a refundable security deposit.
