WANT to stay in the heart of MANHATTAN, not in the Bronx, Queens and Brooklyn? ...This is bedroom sublet in the shared apartment in the heart of Manhattan (not 7 or 10 min to Manhattan which is usually half an hour, but right in the middle of Manhattan). We are a couple and we sleep in the living room (sometimes we are at home, sometimes not).
Fully equipped 1-bedroom modern apartment in the middle of Manhattan! Apartment is consisting of a bedroom (queen size bed) with bathroom, kitchen and living room. You sleep in the bedroom and you can use the whole apartment. You stay in the cozy, quiet and secure apartment in great location in Manhattan for very affordable price!
This Midtown apartment is within blocks of Grand Central, Bryant Park and the UN building, few more blocks of Empire State Building, Times Square and the Theater District and close to Central Park (bikes on the corner).
Fully equipped home (WiFi, phone etc) on a walkup building (not convenient for elderly) - 1 person $74 + $36 for the second (if there is) per night (sorry no toddlers and children). Please note: bathroom is connected to the bedroom and sometimes we must use it - usually when you're outside. Bed linens, towels etc included. Check-in at any time!
Just take the shuttle bus from any airport to Grand Central - every 15 min, we'll send you the directions!
Please note: A/C usage is paid service for the days you need it and there's also $75 cleaning fee and $100 refundable deposit paid in cash on arrival! Please check for available!
