Young family with two school age children is seeking to move into a 2+ to 3 bdrm apt. or house in the Pembroke NH area. We are former residents who resided in town for 3 years prior to moving. We have come to the realization that having relocated was not the right decision for us. We also miss Pembroke and would like to move back. Our budget is $1,050 a month and prefer heat and hot water to be included if possible. I am not in a hurry to move, but want to keep our options open. However, we would be willing to move-in at a reasonable date convenient to both our family and the Landlord. We are good tenants, non smokers, with no pets and have decent references (residing for several years at one residence). I work in the medical profession and attend school part-time.
