I am looking for a rental home for me and my two adult sons, developmentally disabled which means we need something close to a bus. Anywhere in Clark County, so my sons can get to their activities. I am also looking for an owner rental due to low credit, unless you can overlook my credit. I work and go to school for a couple more months. I have excellent rental history for past 10 years in the same house. I am looking to move and not have to relocate for a long time. My current landlord is selling the house I currently live in and need to move ASAP. I can provide a number and a letter as proof of my reliability. I have some money for my rent and deposits but most places are looking for a pretty large chunk of change. Im not looking to get soaked on trying to keep a roof over our heads. Thank
