This lovely room located in a two-bedroom in Lyon Village, just a short 15 minute walk to Clarendon and Courthouse through quiet, tree-lined streets, is the perfect place for anyone looking to be centrally-located in Arlington but also a bit away from the noise of Clarendon on the weekends.

The room is great, has a large'ish closet and a big window that faces east and gets lots of light. Across the hall is a private bathroom, a huge perk for a two-bedroom, as it makes the morning routine a breeze.

The floorplan of the rest of the apartment is really great with a dining room, living room, nicely-sized kitchen and a patio for anything from sitting outside with a beer or glass of wine to planting herbs. The apartment is fully furnished; all you would need to do is bring furniture for your bedroom.

I will be leaving this apartment June 1 because I am moving into the city, but I'm sorry to say good-bye. My roommate, who would be your roommate, is fantastic. She is a 30-year old professional who keeps regular hours and quiet evenings. She is respectful, easy-going, communicative, courteous and kind. She plays softball and likes to go out for drinks with friends after work. She's a fabulous cook and is quick to share a meal, on top of being responsible, taking care of the bills on time.

Rent would be $1122 (utilities and water included). You would pay half of the cable/internet bill--which is usually $70 a month.
