Hello! I am looking for a roommate for my 2 bed/1 bath apartment in the Adams Morgan/Dupont Circle area of DC. I prefer FEMALE PROFESSIONAL, but I'm not too picky about gender; as long as we get along. The available room costs $1187.50/month. This includes all utilities with the exception of internet/cable. Deposit is required with first month's rent; it is the cost of one month's rent (1 month + deposit =$2375). There is no off street parking, but street there is plenty of street parking. The lease is for 12 months and will begin May 1st.There is a background check, which is a fee of $100. The available room is pretty spacious and uses the shared bathroom. It is the one pictured above. The current tenant fits a queen bed, dresser, and wardrobe. There is no closet in this room, however. There is laundry in the unit. The apartment is right off of 18th street with access to nightlife, restaurants, shopping, etc. with U St just a few blocks away. The closest metro is Dupont Circle on Q St; it's about a 5-6 block walk.
