So without a doubt... THIS IS THE COOLEST PLACE LISTED ON CRAIGSLIST that isn't George Jetson's house. Are you a male? Bi / Masc Gay Dude? Or are u just Str8 and don't give a shit? If you've got your shit together; decent job (STARTUP GUYS, EDUCATED MILITARY DUDES, ENGINEERS, private equity & other tech nerds step to the front of the line), clean, drug free, new grads or established young dudes -- we may have the perfect Bay Area Peninsula mountain pad for you!! We're only 25 minutes south of downtown SF, near Palo Alto, only 25 minutes north of downtown San Jose. Here, you get way more bang for your buck, fresh air and an awesome central location to the entire Bay Area - even though Forbes places our zip code in the top 10 most expensive places to live in America... Yes, it's nice. And guys, you get to live in a house where you can be chill and not have to worry about bullshit. CAUTION: this is not for you if you are opposed to seeing dudes walk around the house in their underwear / hot tub naked, etc.

We:
...Are energetic and enthusiastic engineers, sports jocks, nerds - dudes!! We're just regular young guys (both gay and str8) who play video games, watch sports, chill in our boxers when it's too damn hot or just wanna be cozy. Sometimes, we go on trips together - SNOWBOARDING, Vegas, music festivals (Beyond Wonderland and EDC), game conferences (go to E3 every year), camping, rafting, planning a 2015 Burning Man trip, etc. Sometimes, we hit up various bars/clubs in either SF or SJ or somewhere in the Bay Area. We're always grabbing a bite to eat together or a movie. We're in Tahoe a bunch - when there's snow -- hope you like to snowboard or ski!!

We actually have 3 rooms coming available. Two furnished with a queen beds, one furnished with a full size bed... All have a large desk and a place to put your underwear. The largest of the 3 rooms is one of our masters. It has it's own bath with double sinks, as well as 2 closets. The rent is $1550. Just bring your clothes, towels & clock radio!! The larger bedroom is $1350 per month. The slightly smaller room is $1200

Our house:
. . .is modern - 5 bedrooms, 2 special sleep areas, 5 baths, 3 living areas, lots of video games, bar, pool table, Giant 80" HD TV (awesome for football, Kinect, Rock Band, etc) - 2 very large BBQs, HOT TUB! Really close to 280 / Stanford. We've got our own neighborhood 9 hole golf course!! Lots of mountain trails to explore, yet not too far from shopping / Caltrain, etc. - ONLY 25 MINS FROM SF - and equally to San Jose (though, I have been accused of being a bat out of hell). Such a great deal!! (This includes ALL UTILITIES even full DirecTV and super fast internet).

*Are a GOOD person
*DRUG FREE (420 ok outside of the house is ok)
*A relatively clean dude
*Able to follow simple signs, house rules - (the place is spotless - except in our bedrooms)
