My boyfriend and I have an extra room in our apartment that we would like to rent out! The apartment has a lanai, washer/dryer in unit, air conditioning, full kitchen, and large living room. It overlooks the Ala Wai and is close to Ala Moana & Waikiki! The room has it's own bathroom with a door that leads to the shower which both rooms share. We require first and last month's rent to move in.
About us:
We have a pet dog, her name is Saki. We're both student with full time jobs so we are looking for someone who is also a student and has their own thing going on. We prefer to have someone we could get along with because we will be all be sharing a space together so it would be nice to hang out, study or make dinner together sometimes... It's not necessary, but it would be nice if we were all friends. If you're in a relationship we're okay with boyfriends/girlfriends coming over as long as it's not every night.
