Couple seeking a two bedroom apartment with a fenced yard (or a yard we can fence ourselves) for service dog. We are willing to paint or do minor renovations in exchange for a lower deposit, or we can also just pay in full. We are looking for a long term lease, somewhere we can call home. Our budget is $1200-$1300 for the right place, though ideally lower. We are willing to consider a one bedroom as well. Please let us know what you have available and when we can set up a showing.
