Looking for one or possibly two roommates to move into a three bedroom apartment. It's a very nice three bedroom, two bathroom apartment right in the middle of downtown. It's 1250 sq feet. Rent is 1209 a month. I'm open to splitting it between just two people or three. The lease is up at the end of the May, but I fully intend to stay in this apartment afterwards.

The apartment is more or less furnished. Couches, tv, kitchen table, xboxone all around already. Have dishes, pots and pans, and glassware.

About me: I'm 29. I work weekends, 3 12 hours shifts. I like to go out during the week and have fun. I don't bring noise home with me though so if you work early in the morning I'm not the type to wake you up with my late night shenanigans. I also expect the same respect from my roommates if you want to go out and have a good time over the weekend while I have to work. I'm a pretty clean guy but not a crazy neat freak. I tend to be as clean as the people that I'm around.

Don't care if you're a guy or girl. Need to be 21or over. Definitely not interested in living with couples. It's ok if you are in a relationship, just as long as you don't intend them to live here. I've done that before and it does not tend to go well. The building does not allow pets.
