I LIED, there are utilities you need to pay.
Got a landline, that is your expense.
Cable is your expense. That's All Folks.

No Smoking
No Pets

Smack Dab In The Heart Of The Main Line, well I never measured
where its heart is, but it is Haverford, and you are close to Suburban
Square. That's about as Main Line as it gets. If you are unfamiliar
with the area, it is perhaps the premiere section of The Philadelphia region.
It is easy to boast about its schools (Lower Merion School District),
shopping (Suburban Square and all the action along Lancaster Ave.)
transportation (trains and buses), access to the Schuylkill Expressway
(I-76), proximity to employment (Center City to King Of Prussia) and
realtors (Benjamin Cobrin & Co, that's my office), but I won't bore you.

The condominium unit I have for rent is at the Hunter House. Your new home
will make you forget it is a rental. The unit is on the first floor and well designed.
It had been refurbished a few years ago. You entry leads you to an open living room
which comprises an area for your dining room, and a niche office area should you
so desire. Its kitchen includes granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and
just the right fit to enjoy a light repast. Your bedroom is light filled and has ample
closet space. And of course, there is a large bathroom. Your new home includes a
covered patio. The Hunter House is a 5 minute walk away from the Haverford train
station. The community is well managed. The majority of the units are owner occupied
so the feel is one of a true home. Its landscaping is befitting its location. The address is
449 W. Montgomery and while the street is busy you will not notice. The building is set
back, so it is likely you will be unaware of the traffic touring by.

As stated above the rent includes all utilities except telephone and cable. It is a bargain.

The application process: Make an appointment, see it and tell me you want an application.
Application must be completed. There is an application fee of $50/adult. It is non refundable.
Security deposit must accompany the application and fee. That is always equal to the first full
month's rent. Both checks must be either money orders or certified bank checks. Then deliver it
to our office. My office checks your credit and verifies your income. You don't have to be
perfect; we look for good citizenship.

Want to see it, then call or if replying by electronic mail, provide your telephone number. Bono
fide prospect will give their telephone number and I do want you to rent the unit.

Interest, then call Edward @ Cobrin Realtors x 101
