We are offering our family vacation home for your pleasure this summer. Our home is 8 to 10 minte drive to the beach located off Ocean Highway Rt 1 by the Giant Food market. We will be renting our home starting May 2015. Check in Sunday at 5pm and check out Friday at 5pm- our
rental is $1,000.00 for 5 days. for May , June, $1,250.00 for July and August. Security deposit
is $500.00. Pets are allowed with an additional deposit of $500.00. This deposit will be returned
within 7 days after Owners inspect the property. Renters are responsable for bringing their own linens, towels,beach chairs, beach towels. Full kitchen with micro, Keurig coffee machine. Home has King bed in master bedroom with full bath. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and full bath in hall where 3rd bedroom has a full bed. In both livingrooms we have sleep Queen sofas. Hardwood floors in most rooms with tile in family room and kitchen. We have a full size washer and dryer. Our home has a full deck where there are tables and other furniture. We are on a culdesac and behind us is goverment land. Alot of privacy. All Deposits and rents paid by cash.
