I have an apartment in Moscow, Russia for rent in the Central District of Moscow (a very good thing). It is in excellent location, Olympisky 26, it is close to the Olympic Complex, Old Circus, and Sadovoe ring. There are three metro stations in 5-10 minutes walk, two parks, large grocery stores and a smaller grocery store Sedmoi Continent, one building over. It is very safe. You can literally walk everywhere or ride a bike or get on the metro or catch a taxi and for few dollars get anywhere quick. Even during the rush hour it is very quick because of the location.
About the apartment: 16th floor, 2 bedrooms, one living room (this is what is called 3 room flat in Russia), separated bath and toilet rooms, 5X5meters kitchen (no dishwasher though), two balconies (you can see all 7 sister buildings). Wood floors throughout the flat, tile in the kitchen. The flat is wired for washer. There is a concierge, secured entry into the building with an additional locked door once you get to the floor and before you get into the flat. The door into the flat is steel that also has a lock that can be closed or opened from the inside only. The flat is clean but has not been renovated (those who like the rustic look, this is it, you will feel like you are in the Soviet era), the good news is that the rent price is very good because of that. There is plenty of parking and some secured parking near by.
Price: 65k a month in rubles or $1,350 a month w all utilities included, 3 months minimum but willing to negotiate. I am giving options in both currencies, rubles are preferred but not required.
You can have the internet, the flat is already wired but I think it is $25-30 a month for the high speed, not sure how much cable tv is but it is not expensive.
