**I am the current tenant and am posting this on behalf of The Paper Company as they are working with me and allowing me to get out of my lease early since I have lived here for over 4 years. I am moving for a job and hate to leave this place. The pictures included are quite messy because my fiance and I are trying to pack up and throw away things before our move to Texas.
One thing to note from the pictures is that I have custom cut wood to cover the exposed beams which would normally be open from the top view. I didn't want my cats to fall and have been using it for extra storage space. I can leave the wood or throw it away. It's up to you!
FYI - From the picture of the apartment complex, the apartment is in the apex of the 3rd building to the right with all 3 of the windows belonging to the apartment.
