My girlfriend and I are looking for a roommate. We're looking for someone who is respectful, trustworthy, reliable, responsible, honest, clean up after themselves and can pay their rent on time. Last two people that we had here couldn't pay on time. We had given them several chances and it's not something that we're going to put up with. We both work full time during the week and ask that you can respect that. However we're laid back and easy to get along with. The room has 2 closets and is big enough for a queen size bed, dresser, and more. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are all shared. We have 2 cats that stay in our room most of the time.
