This is a single family beach house in the quiet "Island Section" of Hampton Beach which we keep for ourselves for the months of May and June and after Aug 29th.
The house has a new roof and all new windows. We love it here! The price is $1500 per week plus the 9% NH Rooms & Meals Tax. There is also a $250 refundable cleaning and security deposit. We are pet friendly and you may bring ONE well-behaved, friendly, quiet, fully vaccinated dog ($75 Pet Fee and extra $250 security apply.) There is off-street parking for one car. Just bring your linens (sheets and towels) and paper goods. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES! This is NOT a party house and there is an on-site manager. This cottage is just steps (175 yards) from the smooth white sand beach - no need to cross the traffic on Ocean Boulevard! Enjoy a short walk to restaurants, shops, deep-sea fishing, whale watching, para-sailing, mini-golf, free nightly concerts and FIREWORKS!!! It's a short drive to golf courses, Water Country and the Kittery Outlet Malls. Portsmouth is only 25 minutes away and it is only about an hour to Boston.

The cottage sleeps 6 people (Max) with a new king bed and a twin bed in the front bedroom and a double (full) bed and a twin bed in the back bedroom. This unit is completely furnished and has a full kitchen with a brand new gas stove, full size refrig, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender, etc., a laundry room with full size washer/dryer, separate shower room, expanded cable TV (watch the Red Sox!), free wireless internet, AC, gas grill and picnic table. Go deep-sea fishing and cook your catch on the grill for dinner or have a lobster feast out on the picnic table! There is also a fantastic front porch with lots of rocking chairs where you can sit back and read a book or just relax and enjoy the sea air!
