We have a busy farm between Sherwood and Newberg, but we have outgrown it. it's a prepper's dream: protected, defensible, and completely self-sufficient with full backup rainwater collection, solar power, and established sustainable food supply. We have bunkers going in as we speak, greenhouses, a guest house/cabin, and MULTIPLE outbuildings. There is ALSO currently an extremely profitable farm on the property, and we are open to teaching the new tenant how to run things and/or selling the business for the right price.

The main house is 3200 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Jacuzzi tubs, steam room, hot tub, and large game room. The guest house is 1400+ sq ft, and there is a small 800 sq ft log cabin we use as a classroom.

We raise over 1000 chickens per year, over 600 rabbits, 250 ducks, 150 turkeys, 50 geese, and breed/sell 600 pigs, 250 calves, 50 sheep, and 20 goats per year, and have just added quail. All of these critters have full facilities and barns for shelter.

We also have 4 aquaponic greenhouses, and two enormouse veggie greenhouses (over 4,000 sq ft), a 250+ tree fruit orchard, and 3 large ponds.
