(this spot open for one person only). We are the in between home that is safe and comfy while you are getting settled in LA. We are central in the Valley to the 405, 101, 134, 118, and many other routes to all over Los Angeles ... Don't have a car? No problem we are steps away from many major public transportation routes, also close to the Fly-Away to and from LAX. shopping, eateries, and entertainment conveniently close. Great kitchen equipped to cook, Laundry in house. Living room with Netflix, flat screen, and gaming for downtime fun. Utilities and free WiFi included. We are a busy family. We desire busy, honest, ambitious, grab the gusto, no drama type guests with stability and a plan. This is the best fit. You must be dog friendly as the dogs here are people friendly ;) The house is updated with recessed lighting, large rooms, and bathrooms with double sinks.
