The Bartlett Building Lofts is located in the heart of downtown's Jewelry District. It is a 14-story historic building designed in 1911 by architects John Parkinson and Edwin Bergstrom in the Beaux Arts style. The building was converted to residential use by Barry Shy in 2002 and now offers 139 condos, limited parking for residents and ground floor retail stores.
The lofts are warehouse style lofts with high exposed brick barreled ceilings, polished concrete floor and open-air balconies for selected units. There are 12 floor plans available and some units have a private patio and sunset view. The building also retains its original restored elevator door in the lobby and two beautiful iron staircases. The Bartlett Building has a common area rooftop deck with magnificent city views and a second floor patio. It also offers 24/7 security and concierge service.
The Bartlett Building Lofts offer warehouse style lofts in a historic building with great views and is walking distance from the great places downtown has to offer.
