I am looking for someone to share a very large apartment with me coming available in Stoneham, MA. This apartment is on the top level of a multifamily home. Private deck, fire place in the dinning room and 1st floor living room. Large kitchen with breakfast bar. The second floor has 2 more bedrooms and another large living space. Hardwood flooring in the living spaces and carpet in the bedrooms. This apartment is in a great location near 93 and 95, grocery stores and shopping. Off street parking and coin operated laundry in the basement!

A little about me:
I am a 25 year old female professional. I work Tuesday-Saturdays and like to come home and relax to a quiet house. I do not smoke and nor can I deal with a roommate who smokes. I am a clean person (not a clean freak) but I do pick up after myself. I like to socialize but at times like my own space as well. I'm laid back and down to earth.

Who I am looking for:
A female roommate who is also in her mid-late 20's, working professional. Same qualities as me and who is looking for a great apartment to share. I would be looking for someone who wants to sign a 12 month lease.
