This is the best priced two bedroom apartment in the whole building of which will remain this low rental rate until June 2016 (I know because I used to work for the management company who manages the building). You pretty much have a huge private outdoor courtyard to yourself and patio which is great for pets. You can walk 100 feet and be at the courtyard and not have to walk to the park at night (which is only 500 or so feet away). This apartment also has huge closets and 12ft ceilings!
