One bedroom oceanfront cabin in Kahana, Oahu available to rent for ten weeks (mid June to late August). Twenty-five minutes north of Kaneohe, thirty minutes southeast of North Shore. On a wonderful acre of land and set back off the road for privacy and safety. Fully furnished (all the way down to utensils, towels, etc.) and includes washer/dryer. Full kitchen with stove/oven. All utilities included in rental price (water, sewer, electric, high speed internet, basic cable, etc.). Two queen beds (sleeps four) with aircon in bedroom. Sorry, no pets. Must be quiet, responsible and respectful individual(s). Credit check and past rental references will be required. One month's rent and one month's security deposit required upon move-in (security deposit will be returned in-full at successful check-out in August). $1,950 per month with preference given to renter who can commit for the full two and a half month rental period.
