Great duplex, comes with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/drier, ceiling fans in each bedroom. Owner lives on the other side and takes care of yard/garden. Two of the three bedrooms are really big and one of these has a attached balcony. Great space for three students. No pets.
