Tie up your rental boat to the T shaped 20'x20' aluminum dock with over 50 miles of water access to Sebago Lake, Brandy Pond and Long Lake. Have a relaxing barbecue in the back yard or kayak the river. Go fishing for trout or salmon along the river or in the lake. This is a family oriented location. Great for families with children!

The State Park in Naples has the beautiful Songo Beach, a lovely play area for kids with swings and slides. The Drive-In Movie Theater is in Bridgton 15 minutes away with two movie screens showing new feature films. There are two 18-hole golf courses and a driving range within 2 miles of the house. There is mini golf on the causeway. Distance to Portland is 30 miles away, 35 miles to North Conway's outlet shopping. Nearby ski slopes include Sunday River just 35 miles away and Skiing at Shawnee Peak is just 8 miles. Nearby Seacoast Fun Park in Windham, ME just 10 miles away has go karts, bumper boats and an arcade.
