Are you part of a group, and looking for a gorgeous house right near UC Berkeley, in the best part of town -- northside?
Our house has been hosting groups of undergrads and grad students (and a few interns and entrepeneurs) for more than 10 years, and everyone who has lived here has loved it. Your group, will too!
This house is fully furnished with a total of 19 beds within 7 bedrooms (most bedrooms are shared). One of the bedrooms, the Large Double, is easily big enough to be converted to be a Triple, in that case we could have as many as 20 Beds.
Your group of up to 20 can rent the entire house, or, you can rent a block of beds. The rental price listed is if a group of 19 rents the entire house; it's less if you want to take less than 19 beds. That said, the more beds you rent, the lower the price is per bed.
The entire house is definitely open for move-in August 15 2015, but could be available as early as late May/early June depending on the plans of the current residents.
