I purchased this condo for personal use, it is stunning. Old barge wood floors, granite counters, repurposed barge wood bar in the kitchen, old brick (non usuable) fireplace but give great character to the uptown home.
The condo is one bedroom 1.5 bath home but very large at 1000 square feet, so plenty of room for a dinner party or gathering of friends. It is located on the second floor of a historic garden district house. There are 4 other units at the property all owner occupied.
Off street parking is available for 1 car, I always felt very safe parking and walking to the condo as you have to go through two locked doors to enter the apartment.
Since I started renting 2 years ago it has not gone a day unrented!!
