If you are looking for a sunny & secluded, large, beautiful custom home, I really encourage you to drive by the house and take a look. The house is on a one-acre wooded lot, on a quiet dead-end road, just a couple of minutes from the Eagle River loop road, so the commute to downtown Anchorage takes only about 20-25 minutes. If you drive by the house, please, do not disturb the tenants.
