The building is green (LEEDS certified) and newish. The condo itself totally rocks. It is industrial chic with 10-foot high ceilings, hardwood floors, a mix of concrete and sheetrock finishes and to-die-for views of downtown Portland from the all-glass exterior wall. Everyone that stays here loves their time here.
Everything you need is within walking distance, including 2 Starbucks and a new Fred Meyer superstore, but you also get a covered parking space in the lower level garage plus the MAX line runs right to the building for easy traveling.
All this for rent of just $2.375 per month rent with a minimum 6 month-lease. Stays of under 6 months welcome at higher monthly rates.
