Beautiful Immaculate 2 bedroom/2 bath Double Wide Mobile that is furnished with high quality living room furnishings, and medium quality bedroom furniture, including a queen bed in master and a double bed in 2nd bedroom, and two dressers, 4 nightstands, four lamps. All you need are your toiletries! Perfect for a winter getaway in beautiful St. David, Arizona. An hour from Tucson, it is much greener than Tucson and Phoenix, growing pecan trees and peach trees. Heavily laden peach tree is in the backyard, but this years crop, in August, will be given to my brother, who lives in St. David, and has taken care of the tree all year. Next years crop will be the new owner's.

This is a 1979 Silvercrest King 24X44, and is has new concrete patios that run the full length of the mobile (24'), and new decks on both sides. Also includes a storage shed with electricity and counters/shelving, which makes a great workshop. Nice park for seniors, and the space rent is inexpensive, at $250 a month. Dog friendly and lots of green space for your pet, or even to hit golf balls. All new plumbing and fixtures, High quality carpet, and large yard if you want to add more storage sheds or whatever. Very low maintenance yard is rock, with several landscaping plants and the peach tree. Both patios are covered, which adds a huge amount of usable outdoor space, out of the weather. Master bedroom has large master bath with a large soaker tub, and the hall bath has a shower, toilet and sink. All have been recently remodeled and upgraded by licensed contractors. All receipts are included with mobile, including the large flat screen TV in the living room. The mobile had Dish Network in both bedrooms and living room, and St David wireless high-speed internet when I was living there. I was not able to get away to vacation there last year due to unforeseen circumstances, and now have a young granddaughter that I don't want to be away from, so am selling the mobile at a loss. I paid $28,000, and I am asking $25,000 ($10,000 down and $250 a month for 60 months, with 0% interest) if I have to carry the loan, or $24,000 CASH. It can be shown locally by my sister or brother. My sister lives in the park and my brother lives in St. David also, and has power of attorney to sell the mobile for me. New tenants must be approved by park owner. If I am carrying the loan, I will request financial information to assess whether you can qualify for owner financing. I prefer to sell outright, and will consider all offers, but the offer that is cash will probably beat any other offers. The June $250 space rent is already paid and I will include that free month of rent if I receive an offer between now and July 1st 2015. Call for an appt to see.
