Hi! We are moving into a town home on July 14th. We are looking to rent out our third bedroom $250 and to split the utilities three ways. We are two females, one 19 and I am 24. We don't host a lot of parties, we just like to have our friends over at times. The place allows two dogs, 25lbs max.
