An alternative to land-based bed and breakfasts, Ocean Romance is a quiet atmosphere for couples, families and groups of mature adults. It is the perfect getaway for an extraordinary vacation, honeymoon, anniversary, romantic weekend, special celebration, reunion, friends' weekend or sightseeing trip. Rent 1, 2 or all 3 guest rooms. Nightly rates include gourmet hot continental breakfast buffet, coffee, tea, bottled water and soda, snacks, candy, yogurt, free WiFi and cable TV and a split bottle of wine. Free parking May through October.

LOCATIONS: Mid-May through October: the yacht is at beautiful Goat Island on Dock S with free parking. A boarding ladder is used at this fixed dock due to tidal changes. The yacht is 100 yards from the Hyatt Regency Hotel and a few minutes walk to Belle Mer and Regatta Place, first class wedding/reception venues on Goat Island. Look over at the Newport Shipyard Marina where world class sailing yachts and mega-yachts come and go daily and at the hundreds of boats moored in Newport Harbor. Walk, drive or take one of the water shuttles from the Hyatt Regency or from the Marina Pub on Goat Island to downtown Newport's restaurants, bars and historic attractions and Fort Adams! From early November through mid-May: the yacht is docked at the Bowens Wharf Dock at 1 Bowens Landing in historic downtown Newport. Boarding stairs are used at this floating dock. Guest parking is usually available next door in the large lot at the Newport Harbor Hotel and Marina, 49 Americas Cup Avenue, Newport for a nightly fee.

Ocean Romance is a custom designed/built bed and breakfast motor yacht with a separation of areas for guests' privacy. Each private guest room has its own bathroom with hair dryer and toiletries, flat screen TV with built in DVD player, internet access, climate control and windows. The yacht's comfortable main salon has a flat screen TV, bar with two (2) stocked refrigerators and a day head (half bathroom). A circular staircase connects to the guest rooms below and huge flybridge lounge above.

Two (2) night minimum stay on weekends after March 28, 2015. Three (3) night minimum stays required on Memorial Day weekend 2015 and Labor Day weekend 2015.

NIGHTLY RATES (Add 6% Newport hotel tax and 7% State sales tax):

From March 29, 2015 through May 21, 2015, $275 for a Queen bedroom and $350 for the King bedroom.

From May 22, 2015 through September 6, 2015, $395 for a Queen bedroom and $450 for the King bedroom except on Friday and Saturday nights in July and August, 2015, a Queen bedroom is $450 and the King bedroom is $525.

From September 7, 2015 through September 30, 2015, a Queen bedroom is $350 and the King bedroom is $425.
