Diamond In The Rough!Our house is located within a couple of miles of Cowley,Wy. We bought this house about 4 years ago and started on the major renovation it requires. Another big plus is we are on city water which comes out of the Pryor Mountains! The house is 2800 square feet.My plan was to make it a 4 bedroom,2 1/2 bathroom with a rec room and family room. There is a lot of work left to do and it will take a very skilled handyman to complete it. The property is a 40 acre piece that is irrigated with cement ditches. We have ran horses and sheep on the property as it grows great grass. There is Pheasant, Sand Hill Crane, Fox, Mule Deer, Whitetail Deer, Great Horned Owls and a large variety of birds.If you like to fish for Walleye,Sauger, or any other fish that eats minnows, there is a Pond full of minnows on the property. Views of the Bighorn Mountain Range and the Pryors are absolutely beautiful.You can sit on the covered deck and watch the sun rise over the Bighorns or watch from the inside from the picture windows. There is a cement in-ground covered swimming pool that is heated by solar tubing to keep the pool at a constant 79 degrees (or warmer if you want) all summer long.This house has huge potential and is in a very desirable area.The schools,people and recreation are truly hard to match.
