Moving out of my room in a four bedroom house. The house is across the street from BSU. Currently there are two guys and a girl living in the house. Preferably looking for someone in their 20's who has a stable job. Looking for someone who is going to be reliable and who will work well with those currently living in the house.

There are four bedrooms: two bedrooms in the basement and two on the main floor. The open room is on the main floor. There are two bathrooms so you'd only have to share with one other person. There are four parking spots so each person gets their own spot. It's a great student house. Rent is $300 and the deposit is $200. Utilities usually come out to less than $75.
