(tenant supplies their own washer dryer) 3 good sized bedrooms and 1 living room. Our building is not connected to other houses so there are windows throughout. Clawfoot victorian bathtub. The street is only 1 block long, so very little traffic or transient foot traffic. We do not supply parking. Street parking is relatively easy as there is no permit required to park. We are located 2 blocks from 3rd street, but very safe and quiet as we are slightly uphill from 3rd.
