Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom garden level apartment- tastefully decored with upscale furnishings, linens, towels, etc! Ideally located in close-in Adams Morgan neighborhood. I have listed it on AirBnB- all gave their stays/the apartment 5 stars. . .! I can provide the link to verify.
Very close to all transportation- much is very walkable as well (you can see Starbucks from the patio!)

I have had great past tenants (I can provide contacts if serious to verify). I own and live in the house top 3 floors and often host BBQ's, cocktail hours, etc and the apartment tenants are usually invited- makes for a very comfortable/pleasant living situation!
