Hello my name is Nita :-). I'm a 29 y.o. female looking for a place to stay in the Durham area, preferably close to Duke. I work weekends.
I recently found myself in transition and need to find a place to stay no later than August 1st and hopefully as early as July 1st. I will be attending classes in the fall and would prefer the rent including utilities and internet to be around $350/mo but this is negotiable. I'm a responsible, mature, and easygoing adult who seeks same to live with. I clean up after myself and I expect the same of you and any others.
I would prefer a private bathroom and larger bedroom as I have a king size bedroom set that will be coming with me. I have no children and I can come with or without a cat. I do smoke but only outside, if this is a problem then you would be giving me the perfect excuse, among others, to quit :-).
I have references and can a provide a deposit at the end of May, should we feel we are a good fit. I will submit to a criminal background check if necessary. I check my email often and I respond quickly to text messages. Please include pictures of the property, thank:-).
