I'm renting out my entire condo, which is located at the intersection of college Ave. and weber Dr. Tempe, for three months from May to August. I'm leaving USA for an intern next month of May so the condo I'm living in now will be empty :'( and I wanna find some lovely hosts for her! :)
Conditions of the condo:
It is a single two-story condo which has its own detached parking garage and private balcony.
Orbit Earth (A free bus offered by Tempe government, takes us a detour from Tempe market place to ASU transportation center) stops by the complex every 15 mins. You can readily reach it when you step out of the front door of my condo. It's right in front of my house, SUPER convenient!
1200 sq ft. in total, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, and kitchen, living room and 1 bathroom downstairs. Utilities include washer, dryer, dish washer, electronic stove, oven, microwave. . .FREE water, FREE internet, FREE electricity!
Moreover, your room is totally furnitured with bed, desk, closet, cabinet and lamps, etc. . . The only thing you need to bring with is your luggage!
Renting time: May,15~ August,10, 2015.
# of bedrooms: 2 (master room: queen-size bed; guest room: full-size bed).
Households: 2~3 people (depends if you are a whole family or single person).
Rental/month: 800$/entire condo, 425$/master room, 375$/guest room.
