$400 a month gets you a room with Utilities paid (Water, trash, heat & electricity). This price is for a three month commitment. It's a $5 cab ride from Westport/Power & Light, about two miles from UMKC/Rockhurst. The back yard is fenced in, animals are allowed with a $500 deposit, $200 of that is non-refundable to shampoo carpets. For you it's a $300 deposit. This is refundable if you stay three months & leave the place in the same shape as when you first stepped.
