10 hours labor per work on garden things covers room, and all utilities.
Here is how your rent obligation will work;
1) $600 to move in, which covers first month, and deposit.
2) beginning the first week moved in you will work with me in the garden/yard 10 hours per week. As long as you keep to that commitment, come the first of the next month your rent is paid.
3) my gardening endeavors are a revenue stream for me, it is entirely up to you, but if you prove yourself to be reliable, hardworking, and a self motivated person, whatever dollars the garden produces I will share with you.
4) a second private room is available for extra consideration.
