I will be having my apartment for rent in a month, just putting the ad up earlier to find a suitable roommate.. I am looking for a female roommate, who has a steady job or studying and can pay the rent on time ..
Background checks will be done and you will be included in the lease. Rent would be half of everything including utilities and would be around 400.
You will have a private bedroom and private bath. Kitchen and living area will be shared. I have cox high speed internet and cable and a 55" TV.. The patio is filled with plants and bird feeders, I love birds and you should be OK with that.. Not interested in any other pets in the house.
I am a 28 year old guy and a working professional, I work Mon to Fri 8.30 to 6.30. I most likely will be in the house weekends and mostly won't have anyone coming over, and would appreciate if thats the same case with you, dont want my apartment to be converted to a party place..
