You have a very large semi-walk in closet. The hall bath is yours (and visitors). We can flip for the parking spot if you'd like. Only thing I'm missing is cable and I have a great in but need someone with better cresdit.. anyways.. a discussion for another day.

huge rooms, small kitchen. no microwave. washer/dryer in storage room on main balcony. I have 2 cats, please no other pets and definitely no children, full or part time. man I hate to sound like a bitch.. but I honestly do not enjoy children for extended periods of time. Sex and orientation is not an issue, HOWEVER I do not sleep with my roommates. It's too awkward and causes issues. I'm chill and laid back til you mess with rent or bill money. no furniture needed but your bedroom... if you have cable/satellite service already I do not mind taking on the additional cost. j

i'd rather chat on the phone than try and tell you about myself. i'm fairly clean, quiet, and try to keep to myself for the most part. I spend a lot of time on the balcony smoking cigs. you must must must be 420 friendly. a fellow card holder is appreciated and put to the front of the line. (no smoking cigs inside). I keep the air at 75/76 to be as conservative, while remaining comfortable. with the bill. I'm no fan of 300 summer aps bills.. but again I digress.. I can't think of anything else at the moment to tell you.
