I have a nice two story home located in the Walter hill/Mona area of Murfreesboro, just a few miles from Smyrna. It is very close to i840, which makes for easy travel to anywhere you need to go. The house is in a small quiet neighborhood out away from the traffic of town, yet close enough to not feel like your out in the boonies. The bedroom, if you decide to leave it furnished, comes with queen sized bed w/ soft mattress, Chest of drawers, Nite stand w/two drawers, Book shelve and small flatscreen T.V. Bathroom is located across the hall. Bathroom has a closet in it as well. Rent would include all utillites (Electric,Water,Cable and Wifi internet). I would require NO deposit or any other fees aside from rent. All i ask is that you pay on time and treat my home as if you were the one having to pay for it. I am a clean and respectful person and would expect the same. ***Sorry, no pets.***
