RENT my large bedroom in a lovely, spacious apartment!
the room has high ceilings, light streaming in from a large window, and is well-loved.
there is a comfortable twin mattress (not the bed pictured), and a closet that i will leave as empty as possible.
there will also be space in the shared kitchen for food, dishes and what not, and a shelf in bathroom.
YOU: respectful, clean, responsible, mature person to live in my room from Jan 6 to 30 (exact move-in/out dates somewhat flexible).
please NO cigarette smoking or pets. i am asking $400 (including WiFi and utilities) and a $200 deposit (rent and the deposit amounts are a bit negotiable).
i will gladly return the deposit when i receive the keys and see that my room is in the condition i left it.
